Due to the complexity of the types of hose, the diverse structures, and the different conditions of use, the service life of the hoses is not only determined by the quality, but also by the correct use and maintenance. Therefore, even if the product has a very high quality, if it cannot be used and maintained correctly, it will seriously affect its quality and life span, and even cause serious accidents that should not occur, causing damage to property. Provide the following considerations:

1. The hydraulic rubber hose can only be used to convey the designed material, otherwise it will reduce the service life or fail.

2. Use the correct length of the hose, pay attention to the length change of the hose under high pressure (-4%-+2%) and the length change caused by mechanical movement.

3. The hydraulic rubber hose cannot be used under the condition of exceeding the design working pressure (including impact pressure).

4. Under normal conditions, the temperature of the medium conveyed by the hose should not exceed -40℃-+120℃, otherwise the service life will be reduced.

5. The hydraulic rubber hose should not be used under the minimum bending radius of the hose, avoid bending or bending near the joint, otherwise it will hinder the hydraulic transmission and conveying materials or damage the hose.

6. The hose cannot be used in a twisted state.

7. The hose should be handled carefully, and should not be dragged on sharp and rough surfaces, and should not be bent or flattened.

8. The hydraulic hose should be kept clean and the inside should be flushed (especially the acid pipe, spray pipe, mortar pipe). Prevent foreign objects from entering the pipe, obstructing the delivery of fluid, and damaging the equipment.
